Nearly everything you need is included with in the kit:

Full instructions, pattern, cashmere, strong thread, cotton perle, onyx bead eyes, cotter pin joint, needles and ribbon.

What isn't included:

A pair of small sharp scissors, a permanent pen for marking out, black fabric pen, sewing thread and a pair of pliers or mini cotter key. And not to forget a small amount of polyfill.
