There is nothing better than seeing our mohair and alpaca fabric in person and so we attend many fairs around the country. Our next fair is on Sunday 11th May at the Botleigh Grange Hotel, Botley, Nr Southampton from 10am - 4pm. Pre-order larger quantities of joints and fillings to collect at the fairs and save on postage costs!

 Bear making is a fantastic hobby whether you make bears for yourself, as gifts or to sell. Here at Bear Basics we offer a growing selection of Schulte fabric, the very best fur available for teddy bear making. Supplied by Schulte direct from the mill we have a unique range including our new mohair silk blend.

We have a wide range of kits for those who are new to bear-making which will let you have a go at creating your own heirloom creation. For those more experienced bear and toy makers we sell the full range of products needed to get those creative ideas in production.
